Compact, high-performance and very easy to operate: The customer benefits of the new process sensors of the 50 series are unique in their class. As users have come to expect from Baumer products, the new 50 series stands for convenient and uniform operation to enable fast commissioning and handling of these high-performance sensors. The new 50 series comprises the proven PAC50 process sensor (conductivity) as well as the sensor novelties PT55 (temperature) and PP56 (pressure). With the compact design, sensor expert Baumer responds to the ever-growing demand for space-saving process sensors, which last but not least has been induced by conductivity sensor PAC50. The formula of success: maximized performance in a miniaturized housing. No doubt, each sensor of the 50 series is unrivaled in at least one discipline: pressure sensor PP56 featuring the highest precision in its class, temperature sensor PT55 impresses with the largest measuring range and conductivity sensor PAC50 scores highly due to the shortest response time.
Easy operation with big color display
The process sensors of the 50 series are the result of year long customer and market experience and merge compact design with intuitive handling. Among others, the big touch display ensures excellent process visualization by its color LED backlight that is clearly visible from distance. An application example: users can highlight OK values in green and NOK values in red. The compact, robust stainless steel housing is even capable of harsh use in demanding hygienic applications like CIP cleaning, heat exchangers or filtration. Another major application potential is for heating and cooling systems in industrial processes.
The 50 series high-performance compact class complements the Baumer portfolio of process sensors with particularly economical sensors for convenient measuring of temperature, pressure and conductivity.
