Simple presence and completeness checks

The image-based evaluation of the VeriSens vision sensors is particularly suitable for concurrent feature checks. The sensor only needs to be contigured on a PC. Up to 32 features can be checked simultaneously with one image.

Measuring tasks:

• Presence check (e.g. presence and position monitoring of caps)
• Completeness checks (e.g. handling & assembly)
• Shape/size recognition (e.g. injection molding)
• Size checking e.g. angle, lengths, thicknesses, heights, inclination
• Color checking (e.g. automotive industry / electronics)
