Celebrating team spirit and common success

Among the Baumer Hübner Berlin employees are some real running enthusiasts, who took part in the "5x5 km Team Relay Race" held every year under the patronage of the Berlin Waterworks.  Becoming more and more popular, there were more than 29,000 runners this year. Three Baumer Berlin teams started under the catchy names "The Absolute Ones", "The Process Accelerators" and "The Incremental Ones". Under the motto "one for all, all for one", the team spirit was put center stage. The teams fought together and finally celebrated their common success.

The “trappings” were quite reduced to the minimum. A tent and blanket was all for a three-day camp and party on the “Tiergarten” Ground in front of the Federal Chancellor’s Office. But the team-building spirit, the mutual exchange, support and understanding while getting to know each other better was beyond words. Attracted by the wish to witness it all, employees from other Baumer locations joined the run and supported the Baumer Hübner team. New contacts were made and everybody is positive that more locations will take part and strengthen the Baumer team next year.
