What does a typical working day look like for you?
In this sense, there is no such thing as a classic working day or week. Every day is planned, but you need a lot of flexibility to react to unpredictable things. However, the day-to-day tasks certainly include the inspection rounds of the technical facilities as well as tours of the buildings. Subsequently, the planned tasks are processed, new findings are noted, logged and rectified immediately or the next necessary steps are planned.

What do you need to be successful in site maintenance at Baumer?
The most important qualities are certainly manual dexterity for the diverse areas of responsibility, flexibility for all possible situations, logical thinking to understand connections and a good sense of teamwork to complete the work together quickly.
