I coordinate, monitor and measure the various logistical processes every day. With my great team I ensure a smooth flow of goods and process deliveries to our customers in the highest quality and, of course, with absolute accuracy. What qualities do you need to do a good job in logistics at Baumer?
You need organizational skills, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, flexibility, resilience and a basic understanding of economics. This is mainly to manage the complex processes that we have to deal with every day in logistics. Good communication, the ability to work in a team and a service orientation are also important to us, because we have high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What was the best learning experience that happened to you during your time at Baumer?
As a relatively «fresh» manager with little leadership experience, the Baumer management training in the summer of 2023 in Hegne was extremely instructive for me. It was here that I became aware of how multi-layered leadership actually is and how long the path to becoming a good leader is.
