The OE60 and OE40 edge sensors once again set new standards: The OE60 enables edge measurements with a repeat accuracy of 1 µm at a distance of up to 100 mm. This makes it the most precise edge sensor in its class. Together with the OE40 edge sensor, which is particularly easy to integrate, and the smart 2D profile sensors of the OX series, the expanded Baumer portfolio covers a wide range of applications such as web edge control (also for transparent films), positioning, gap and diameter detection in various industries.

With the new HOG800 series, we are now presenting the next generation of these successful models with further enhanced protection against miswiring, shaft currents, overvoltage and mechanical stress. We have now made the smart functions of our comprehensive industrial encoder platform available for heavy-duty applications. These include intelligent parameterization of resolution, output level and direction of rotation and integration into the Baumer Sensor Suite. New monitor functions for sensor status, temperature and operating time are also available.
