How to connect any IO-Link device with only one tool?
With the Baumer Sensor Suite you can connect to your IO-Link field masters and to engineering master devices. Establish connections to all required masters in the device cockpit. You will instantly see all sensors that are connected to the masters. You can use the dashboard for IO-Link devices of all vendors. For Baumer devices you can benefit of special add-ons to visually read sensor data.
How to handle IO-Link parameters for various applications?
The Baumer Sensor Suite helps you save device parameter sets for storage and copying. You can directly store a file from the Device Cockpit what you have just defined. You can also download the parameters set from a device and store them. Or you can define your intended parameters in the Device Library and store from there.
The Baumer Sensor Suite enables you to view and manage your parameter sets in the Device Library. As a parameter set is a standard file, you can integrate it to any application documentation workflow smoothly. You could for example bundle it to a zip for a defined release state or handle it in a version management software like GitHub.
How to stay on top of the situation when a machine fails?
The Baumer Sensor Suite allows fastest access to most IO-Link Masters and thus to connected sensors. You get up-to date sensor data: process data, type information and parameters.

How to get the measured value of an IO-Link sensor quickly?
The Baumer Sensor Suite makes it very easy to connect to an IO-Link Master. It supports DCP for PROFINET Masters or access via IP address for all supported IO-Link Masters. If your sensor is not connected to an IO-Link Master you can use Baumer’s USB-C IO-Link Master to get fast and direct access to your sensor.
As you have connected the Master to the Baumer Sensor Suite, the software will directly show up sensors that are connected to the master.
From there you can use different views to read your sensors data.
