Simplify flow monitoring in your industrial applications of water supply thanks to our electromagnetic immersion flow sensor PFM43. The sensor is particularly developed for high-pressure applications up to 100 bar and pipe diameters up to DN2000. Thanks to the high measuring accuracy, the flow sensor ensures efficient operation of your installations. Our portfolio provides three sensor variants to fit pipe diameters of different sizes.
Compared to the huge, heavy and expensive EMFs with continuous measuring tube the electromagnetic immersion flow sensor PFM43 offers significant benefits - particularly in pipes of large diameter. Installation simply requires drilling a hole in the pipe, welding on an adapter and then mounting the sensor. This allows for easy flow sensor retrofit in existing pipes saving cost and time. The small, light design of maximum 5 kg enables "one-man assembly" in a minimum amount of time and further will cut down on storage cost.
Precise volume flow and rate measurement is essential in industrial water supply. Availability of the required volume of water often calls for pipes with large diameter. Data on volume and flow rate is collected at defined points in the water supply system. Usually, large and heavy electromagnetic flow sensors with continuous measuring tube are deployed here. PFM43 immersion flow sensor is the intelligent alternative.
Pumping stations transport water to higher water storage tanks. Such water storage tanks being located at different heights creates extremely high pressures in the pipe system. The PFM43 is the ideal solution for measuring volume flow and rate in such high-pressure lines. Thanks to the extremely robust design, the sensor is capable of operating pressures of up to 100 bar.
