IX series – small housing, great possibilities

The industrial cameras of the new IX series are a complete image acquisition solution for industrial image processing.

PC-based GigE cameras dominate industrial image processing. However, overall image acquisition requires more components such as lens, flash controller and lighting. To realize a particular protection class or to prevent unwanted access, additional enclosures are often necessary.

The cameras of the new IX series already integrate autofocus, lens and segmentable lighting and thus set standards as all-in-one GigE Vision cameras which are ready to use in factory automation applications.

Ultra-compact: Highly integrated camera with autofocus and segmentable lighting – for fast integration, less components and cabling effort.
Standard-compliant: The GigE Vision interface allows seamless integration into infrastructure and software.
Process-safe: The industrial housing with IP 67 protection withstands water, dust and unauthorized camera access. In combination with the clip-on polarizing filter preventing image reflections, it supports a high level of process safety.
Recorded: Every change made to the image acquisition parameters can be verified by PC-based software for quality assurance and process monitoring.
